The room was very large and clean. We went into the Sky Bar which was very interesting. Lots of drink and food options. We wish we tried the swimming pool, but ran out of time. Breakfast was a delight too and so many varieties. A wonderful stay at this very luxurious hotel. Very highly recommended.

Very good hotel. Spacious rooms, but why can't bathrooms actually be separate rooms with a door? The toilet (separate) had no lock. The restaurant in my opinion has an uninspiring menu. That aside, the room was very comfortable and of a good size. It is a bit out of town but a good place to stop en-route.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Only negative point is, if you want to order room service, they will charge you €20 for delivery.

Beautiful New Hotel

Beautiful hotel, 6 months old so everything is fresh and clean! Our suite had a Jacuzzi bath that looked out from full height windows across a small park (we were on the 6th floor). Beds super comfy and HUGE pillows. We weren’t aware but there is a spa and leisure facilities in the hotel so we couldn’t check these out unfortunately.

Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby and rooms were exceptional. The room was bigger than most flats in London Had dinner in the restaurant and was very very good. Steak tartare was one of the best I’ve had and Burrata salad was right up there. Only down point were the “fries” 9/10 apart from that with value in mind. Breakfast selection was very impressive, only moan is that the cooked section was a little dry. Needs something to add moisture/sauce to it all. Will go back for sure

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. Room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. The only thing I found negative is that they are charging €20 for room service delivery. If you pick-up your order yourself at the restaurant and bring to the room, you will not pay the €20.

A lovely place to stay

This is a lovely hotel with great service, clean and quiet rooms, and good food in the restaurants and at breakfast. It's conveniently located on a bus line and has all the amenities. I did not try the fitness centre but I presume it's just as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Have stayed there twice, would go back again if in the area. If you need taxi service, I highly recommend Patrick with Valk Hotel Eindhoven-Best Airport Shuttle. He's a very helpful and friendly man. Ask at the front desk.

Amazing hotel

The one thing it happened that took me by surprise was the fact that the hotel tried to charge my card several times even though I had selected “pay at property” so that wasn’t pleasant do deal with as I thought I might have lost my booking. Apart from that everything else was really perfect. Room was big and comfortable, shower could have been better (falls short compared to everything else in the room really), bed is really comfortable, loved that I could watch my streams on the tv, easy drive to town and all. Breakfast was really good, staff always lovely.

Great rooms, food could do better

Large room, with desk area to work on, seating, large comfy bed. Super bath, shower and clean bathroom. Hole in wall under sink where they taped up a leak. And a separate toilet. Food was good, expensive, but well prepared. I had duck that arrived cold. They then re heated the same bit of duck. Re heating pink meat is not so great an idea. But it did taste very good. Good gym with excellent range of equipment.

Fantastic (when it’s finished)

This fantastic hotel is brand new. Modern, bright, with all the high-end amenities you’d expect from a 5*. Lobby area is very spacious; restaurant is superb, as is the food; breakfast was excellent. There’s a small “shop” by reception so you buy toothpaste, razor blades, snacks, etc. The rooms are excellent, but being brand new, there were a few snags (some loose fittings etc), which I’m sure will be fixed. Biggest disappointment was that the pool / gum were not finished, but when they are, I’m sure they’ll be as good as the rest of the hotel. Pool looked quite narrow (4m?) but maybe 20m long - not bad for a hotel pool. Also, there still a bit of building work going on around the grounds - Tesla chargers or yet installed, some of the car park area being finished. Service was excellent. There’s not a lot to do in the immediate area - probably need a cab into Best / Eindhoven, or hire a bike.
