Hotel was derelict and work. I was shocked. Corporate red roof should be ashamed. Reviews are fake…. I only write reviews if exceptional or awful. This one takes the cake. Booked 3 nights checked into room checked out in one hour. Battled for days with expedia who use 3rd party billing. Room was dark dingy old furniture old fixturest. Broken lighting. I tried 3 different rooms. Floors are filthy in hallways. Rooms smell of bleach.!younger staff behind counters are rude and unfriendly. DO NOT STAY HERE .

The property was very outdated the light shades were broken the draws were chipped and very old the microwave was burnt inside the light over the bed bulb was broken and didn’t work and no shade on it the elevator paint was peeling off also overall the property needs to be updated for-the price your charging !!! 420 smell from outer entrance until room. Hair/pubes in the bathroom as well as painted over hair. Shower drain extremely slow when showering. Sketchy setting. Front receptionist wasn’t friendly. TV didn’t turn on at all. Fire alarm went off at 2am most likely from someone smoking. Was a last minute thing but will never stay in one of these hotels again. Rather sleep in my vehicle. Best experience was checking out.

Checking in at the front desk, which had a Plexiglass screen, did not give a good first impression. While we were checking in, another guest was complaining to another receptionist about the fact that he had been at the hotel for 3 days and that the TV in his room was still not working despite having complained each day. From there, we took the elevator, which was painted red in the company colors. However, there was a 2 - 3 square inch section of the red paint that had flaked off revealing part of the previous owner's logo. From there, we got off the elevator at the 4th floor and walked along the corridor to our room. Halfway to our room, There was a plastic waste bin in the middle of the floor to catch water dripping from the ceiling. the mattresses in our room were decades old. That said, we slept OK, but on the way out, there was only coffee available. Breakfast is not served. Definitely not up to the standard of other hotels in the area.

We asked for a smoke-free room, but it smelled like smoke. The front desk gave us a spray, hoping it would help. The bathtub took forever to drain when showering, and the sink was also clogged. The TV wasn't working, and the telephone receiver was broken. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they were all booked. Thank God it was just one night! Never again! We need our money back!!

Room was filthy, and the entire building past the lobby is falling apart (including the room - faucet was leaking, toilet paper roll was broken). Woke up in the morning to literal bugs crawling on the desk. I had to just stay for a few hours as a place to crash and frankly, I would have rather stayed in my car for $250/night. Told the front desk staff on checkout (which was as fast as humanly possible) and got a shrug and nothing else. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

TV didn’t work as in the regular channels weren’t even on and the TV kept saying it is disconnected to WiFi even though I kept putting the password give to me. No WiFi, elevator is slow and stinks and takes forever. No conditioner or soap. Bath tub was dirty, I had to clean. I stayed for 1 night so it was ok but I cannot imagine staying there for a week.

We were a late arrivval and tired. Wanted to sleep and not worry. Eventhough it said non smoking we could smell it, especially in the restroom. The mattres covers were dirty and one of the covers had stains. Thankfully we had our own cover and we just wanted to rest. I am so glad it was just for one night. I will not stay there again.
