"This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...

"Don't stay here. Nothing I could see on the property was well maintained. Clerk upon check-in was rude: he was more concerned about chatting on the phone than checking us in. We had reserved two rooms (I showed him on the Expedia app my reservation) but he had difficulty finding the second room even after being given the confirmation number. Room was mostly clean. Towels were thin and mismatched. No facial tissue or cups of any kind in the room. Several electrical plugs in the room did...

"Very nice hotel, well maintained and clean. Room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very good. Breakfast included eggs and egg omelets and waffles. I did not rate the pool as excellent because I didn't use it. Location is one block off I 680 for easy access. I will stay here again on my next trip."

"Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...
