Explorer Cabins At Yellowstone

"The Cabin was nice and clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. However we were very disappointed because the bathroom toilet was broken and it took the support staff more than 3 hours to fix. We had to use McDonald's bathroom until they fixed it. We also had to stay in our cabin to let the support staff in. We asked for a refund for being inconvenienced but the Manager never responded to my request or to at least reduce the price of our stay. There were other guest who also complained about the toilet not working in their cabin as well. Ernestine Connolly"

"This hotel was what I would call budget, although not budget friendly. I get it’s a tourist town and costs more. The bed was low, uncomfortable to sit up in bed. Tv and internet were not working well. No ice in the ice machine, but front desk clerk was helpful in getting some. Shower worked well, but not much room to put essentials as it was pedestal sink. Front porch was cute with swings. Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful."

"There was an issue with the internet. Staff were transparent about the issue and working on a resolution. This issue affected the entire building and ability to use the TV. There was also an issue with the hot tub which needed repaired. Staff were great and helpful with trying to accommodate as best they could"

"Everything was great, besides the shower was plugged and sink was plugged too. But the sink was fixed in second day. Also, the creamer for the coffee was spoiled. But we still enjoyed staying there! Staff was amazing!"
