"The staff were friendly. There were maintenance deficiencies on the property that had be left unchecked for apparently a long time. Baseboards had water damage, dangling light bulbs outside etc. Considerably minor issues, but shouldn't be corrected. All in all, a great stay."

"From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff members. Property was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go but delicious. Location was walking distance from everything. We were there with our 2 adult kids and we all loved it. We would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this on a whim because options were limited and I didn't plan well. We were pleasantly surprised! This is not a fancy resort and you won't get a nice lounge, Continental breakfast, outside hang out space, etc. but the staff are friendly and helpful. They printed the Park Pass for us at the desk, free of charge. They constantly keep snacks out - crackers, kind bars, Cliff bars, juices, and bottled water. Any other hotel charges for those items. These are free and available 24/7. The room was clean, but basic. No frills or anything fancy. Everything we needed to be out all day enjoying Acadia and Bar Harbor and sleeping at night. Definitely would stay again!"

"Great location. Easily walkable to Main Street attractions and water. Very friendly and helpful staff! Our queen room in main house was cozy and well supplied with toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Our second night was a queen room in the annex building was nice but not as cute and cozy. I would highly recommended if you are looking for a low key, clean, quaint cozy location and room."
