โรงแรมและที่พักในเวสต์ เมมฟิส

"I’m really upset. I was traveling all day in the car and I made a reservation. I had my 20 year old son with me but nowhere did it say that he couldn’t stay at the property. When I got there I was subject to a full search of my bags and person. Then rudely told we couldn’t stay there even though I had already booked through Expedia. You guys need to update this casino resort on your website so others don’t have to go through this. Do better."

"Very convenient to highway travel. Very nice property. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks."

"Goog staff"

"Stayed twice on the same journey. Great place. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms."

"I was on the first floor and the bed was terrible. Bed mattress was extremely hard and I was missing a light bulb in the other lamp. I woke up in more pain in the back versus the pain I had already just went through,"

"The room smelled as if someone sprayed heavy scented perfume. Good place to sleep if you bring your own pillows. No breakfast…!"

"Check-in was friendly and helpful. WiFi was very slow. The room’s carpet looked dirty, but we were tired and didn’t feel like asking for a different room, so I just kept my socks on instead of going barefoot. In the morning, I saw some lint on the bath mat, so I shook it out over the tub and a bug came out and went down the drain. Yuck! The blow dryer only blew cold air. The breakfast was a good spread, but it ran out of some items before the end of the breakfast time and they weren’t replaced....

"Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast kept stocked which was nice. Clean room and facilities. Totally worth the stay"

"The room was clean and fairly quiet. The highway is easy to access to get to food and gas in the area. Felt like a nice and safe place to stay for the night."

"Everything was good. No complaints."

"Undergoing renovations which closed lobby. It made entry and exit difficult. Large amount of trucks for weekly workers. Couple screaming at kids across hall most of night"

"No downstairs for this elderly couple. That was bad. Also the highway traffic noise was bad. Broken toilet tank cover & broken bedside table. No chair to sit in except one desk chair. Pretty poor quality facility"
