"Room was dated but adequate for a historic building. The rooms are all different so others may be better . The excellent staff and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. Great location within walking distance if many attractions. Highly recommend this place."

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was walking distances to museums, galleries, plaza and restaurants. We really liked the interior. The kitchen was well stocked. "

"Fitness room left much to be desired"

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"Liked it all"

"Wonderful Hospitality, but Room Comfort Could Be Improved We spent five nights at The Hacienda & Spa celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The hospitality was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The staff certainly made us feel appreciated, and that was one of the highlights of our stay. My only concerns were the comfort of the beds and pillows, along with a repetitive clicking noise from the air...

"Absolute gem! Great location, incredible staff, great suite accommodations. Quiet yet close to everything."

"Good service nice breakfast unique hotel"
