"The staff was great. The accessibility of parking was terrific downtown and then you just walk into the hotel and up the elevator, that was top notch. However, the Bed, seemingly, was from the 1900s, which was disappointing and two of the three shower towels, we had, were absolutely dirty, other than that not bad lol."

"Arrived @ 2pm Checking was a little slow but the staff was nice. Then I realized that we had to PAY for parking!!! I have stayed at Hampton all over the country and NEVER been charged for parking! Then we walk to our room, room #141. We walk all the way around the corner to the end and realize our room is not there. We have somebody in our room is on the ground floor. So now we have to go down a level. When we finally entered our room it had a very unpleasant smell. signage posted in this hotel is ridiculous. points to ice and vending. It neglected to tell you that it’s only on the second and fifth floor. well, we finally got to the ice and vending room… Scratch that… The ICE room. There are no vending machines here whatsoever! The drawer in the nightstand next to the bed won’t stay closed on its own. The shower head is too low and the shower drain (and sink drain) is very slow. The water at the water filling station tastes horrible and a strong taste of chlorine as well There is no full length mirror in the room Housekeeping only refreshes every other day. I would rate this among worst Hamptons I’ve ever stayed in. "

"The rooms were very clean and nice, however the front desk employee Coral is the rudest most unbearable front desk employee I have ever come across. When we checked in her rude attitude automatically made us think the hotel was going to be as nasty as her attitude. You can be walking in the hallway and she will give you a bad look or have something to correct you on. Thankfully the rooms were nice and spacious, because the breakfast unfortunately was as bad as her attitude. Anyways- if you don’t care for good service I would book at this hotel, otherwise take your stay elsewhere."
