"Great location. No parking, no shuttle to the airport which can be either 5-minutes or 20 minutes away (depending on the traffic in the tunnels)."

"What a beautiful hotel with great location and history! The staff were incredibly helpful, and their early check-in option saved us as we arrived super early from a red eye. Rooms were spacious and clean, and so easy to walk to many of Boston’s main sights. Another great stay at an Omni historic location. Be sure to try the Boston Cream Pie, the Parker House invented it!"

"Really good location and I enjoyed the lounge. It’s a walking distance of the waterfront and the freedom Trail, and lots of great places to eat. The staff were very kind. Some of the furnishings looked a bit tired but very clean and overall a good stay."

"The doorman was really nice and helpful when we arrived which we appreciated. Unfortunately the check-in experience was not great. My wife checked in with the kids while I parked the car and she was given access to a room that was already occupied, which was a little jarring. On top of that it was not the spacious suite we had originally booked and paid for. The front desk said they “upgraded” us as a result but the room we ended up in seemed to be the room we had expected and paid for in the first place. Once we opened the sofa bed the sheets were not made and did not appear clean. When we requested new sheets something about them seemed to irritate my daughter’s skin and she had a facial allergic reaction shortly after laying on the pillows. The amenities were pretty limited. That said, the hotel is in a great location, the price was reasonable, and it gave us a safe place to sleep. Overall it worked for what we needed, but the room mix-up, cleanliness issue, and reaction to the bedding dampened our stay."
