"Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park.
The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping."

"The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again."

"The room was okay. Bathroom is the most impressive part of the room. The £100 deposit is too much though. I have stay in lots of lots hotel in different countries I never have to pay for a deposit but this hotel."

"Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package.
Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area.
Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk.
Heating didn’t work. There was a notice in room to say don’t adjust thermostat on radiator as it is controlled from reception.
Informed them but radiator still cold.
When we came home late our key card would not let us in front entrance.
Another couple turned up and their card didn’t work. They said there was...
