"It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. "The room was okay. Bathroom is the most impressive part of the room. The £100 deposit is too much though. I have stay in lots of lots hotel in different countries I never have to pay for a deposit but this hotel."

"Overall room was clean if a little tired, needing refurbishment. This was reflected in the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel. I had previously stayed at the hotel approx 12 months (Ramada) before and it was 'tired' then, so in need of capital expenditure."

"The place was easy to find and get into.Outside, you're in Chinatown with plenty of vibe and things to do. Inside, once you get past the scruffy staircase and dodgy lift, the 3rd floor is ok. The room is acceptable, clean, and appointed with fridge, microwave, toaster, cups, and glasses. The bathroom is modern. However, the walls are incrwthin and yiu will hear the noisy neighbours playing music and having a domestic until 1am. After that, the club over the road will be noisy until after 4am....
