The room was clean. The shades did not darken the room. There were no curtains to pull closed at night and it was very bright in the room which made it impossible to sleep without an eye mask. The shower head leaked and the toilet clunks when sitting on it.

Hampton Inn Portsmouth Central
Carpet in halls dirty, pool area needs updating, huge construction around hotel, noisy from Route 95 traffic and loud guests partying. Staff were so nice and helpful, polite, knowledgeable.
