"We were only in Hobart for one day/night and particularly wanted to visit the MONA gallery. The ferry for MONA departs a minute or so from the Hotel and we had beautiful views over the harbour. Well placed for local bars and restaurants too."

"We arrived tired from driving, to find out that there wasn't a parking space for us. The gentleman at reception could not have been more helpful, and he made sure we knew where to park until a space became available. "We had a great stay with 2 young children. Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Would have liked one or two more dishwashing sachets, but that is only because I tend to wash after each meal. Other than that,.we had a great stay. Would recommend for anyone."

"We had a fabulous relaxing holiday break with our grandchildren. All the staff were friendly, helpful, informative and kind. "A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. "No issues with staff but check in is in different location. After finding arriving at hotel and then finding that out then turning around to find it, with two little children in tow, and not knowing area or parking rules, and parking sign in location being damaged, I found myself with a $40 parking ticket. Accom and location and parking was outstanding."
