"This hotel was PERFECT for what we needed! The location is great (walking distance to London Eye and many other things) and a short 1 minute walk to the St James Tube Station. I had read that the rooms were small, which they are, but they are very modern and well designed. The price is very reasonable. Everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices!! I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"Royal experience in London starts at the Rueben’s! From The smile of the red coat clad doorman starts your experience off incredibly! The history of the hotel is intriguing. The velvet on the walls and upholstered areas are impeccable. The rooms are nicely appointed with large bathroom. The price is great! Cookies are in the room at check in. The breakfast is great with made to order hot breakfast items. The staff give great history lessons on the hotel and places to visit while in London! We will return ! "
