"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"
"Great hotel. Expensive but quality and worth the money. Spa is fabulous but a shame the sauna/steam rooms are not mixed male and female. Location is good, particularly for Chelsea flower show and Harrods"
"Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. "
