Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. "I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis. "
