"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. "The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge"

"This hotel was located in between Philadelphia and Spring City, which were the two places we visited. The hotel is right behind a Starbucks which was a very nice surprise. We walked to the Chickie & Pete’s for dinner one night and that was delicious. There’s a Wawa close by so we were able to fill up our rental with no problems. There’s staff was nice and informative.
