"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"The most important aspect of this property is that it is in walking distance from Krakow’s Old Town. In less than 5 minutes, you have access to historic buildings, shopping, restaurants and bars. It was also very close to Wawel Castle. The property itself is a boutique hotel with a small restaurant/bar with about 15 tables in the lobby. Due to the smaller size of the hotel, there were few amenities other than a small gym. What they lacked in amenities, they made up for in service and...

"While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street."

"Great location, Hotel is outdated and our room smelled, had to keep the window open during the entire stay. Coffee maker didn’t work as well as the Bluetooth speaker. Also I send them multiple email trying to arrange smth for my anniversary, but no reply. Front desk (Kacper) I believe was super helpful though! Breakfast was good. Overall I would expect more from 4 star hotel… "
