"Room still had trash laying on the floor, carpets were wet and stained. Funky smell. Says there is a pool, and there is NO pool, it was removed years ago. The pool was the only reason we picked this place. That and as we were only there so mold remediation could be done in our home so it was also the closest place."

"Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. "

"The receptionists coming and going were very friendly. The room was larger than a "suite" in my estimation. It had a large wall attached table for 6'×, a well stocked kitchen, microwave, refrigerator/freezer (making ice) and stove. The bathroom was angled and would have been (door-wise) accessible for my son in a wheelchair . . . very surprised.and pleased"

"This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could."

"SO happy I discovered Staybridge! There are several options in the area that may seem the same on the surface. Staybridge stands out for its warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s polished, tasteful, clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. A free breakfast buffet is always a bonus and it’s a decent offering - but breakfast isn’t my thing, so I’m not expecting much. For me, it’s in the details of the room. Everything you need in all the right places with working tech - which is a rare find!"
