"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. "A family of 5 (3 teenagers). Villa was clean, beautiful with lots of charm. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the staff were super helpful after a very long flight and taxi ride to get there.
