"There is a lot to be desired in terms of customer care. The service feels incredibly rigid rather than welcoming. They enforce a strict deposit policy at check-in, and the bureaucracy is exhausting - requirement to fill out a formal paper form just to borrow an umbrella! It is certainly not pleasant when you just want a quick evening run to the convenience store. After being lecture-warned about the replacement cost if the umbrella got lost, I realized this hotel just isn't right for me.
On top of the cold hospitality, the property itself feels tired. The rooms could really use a refurbishment as they are definitely starting to show their age."
"This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit and the MRT and BTS stations are a minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff have great attitudes. On this stay I would like to point out an exceptional staff member, James Kiattisak at the front desk. James was instrumental in ensuring that my stay would be great as I had messed up my reservation carelessly and James took the time to fix the issues that I had created (I messed up the reservation, not the fault of the hotel or Expedia). So many other hotels in the west would have been dismissive of me due to my error, however this staff member went above and beyond to rectify my error.
Will I return? Absolutely"
"The location f the hotel is excellent; 6 minutes walk to Terminal 21, blue line subway station and Skytrain/
The room that we were assigned was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated...silver king room 29sq meters."
"I have no complaints. Solo traveler. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks. The room was fine. The breakfast was okay. Nothing great. But a good selection of western and Thai choices. The best thing about the hotel is its convenience too anywhere in Bangkok you want to go. BTS and MET are in close proximity and Terminal 21 and Empshere Mall are within walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices are plenty within walking distance. Barbakcs pub across the street is a friendly place with reasonable drink prices and great staff."

"Breakfast was a little different each day. Service there was exemplary. Bacon needs added:)
The location near the hospital was as well as the tourist destination are a plus."
