"Freindly staff"

"This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas."

"Other reviews have written it is very dated. Nothing broken however. No sign of dirt dust or bugs. Two small bars of soap provided in the bathroom, but no disposable plastic cup. Fortunately, I had bottled water with me for toothbrushing."

"What a wonderful experience! We booked this accommodation at the last minute and arrived at around 9pm. David checked us in, and he was very friendly and personable. He told me that he gave us a room that we were going to like very much. The room was recently renovated and we had a very pleasant stay. It has been a long time since I’ve encountered a hotel staff member who engaged in such a lovely way with his guests and really made us look forward to our stay. 10 stars for David!"

"We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel."
