"Para lo que es la propiedad pienso que tienen muy caro sus precios, fui con mi familia, éramos 18 personas y todas opinamos igual, las habitaciones sucias, muy viejas, olían mal, algunas no tenían body wash, algunas la ducha no calentaba, otras como la mía calentaba demasiado que me incomodaba, los productos de su tienda más caros que en el mismo aeropuerto, subía las escaleras porque sentía que el elevador podría colapsar en cualquier momento, el suelo sucio, no sé qué podría comentar positivo …."

"I asked to be called my management. Here we are a week later no call back?! The room was filthy and dirty. The bed had bugs on the comforter and in the sheets. The shower had hair all over it , towels dirty, and no washcloth. They give out raffle tickets for breakfast, which we didn't eat due to the rooms being filthy. The refrigerator was not plugged in and barely got cold once we figured out to plug it in. Three TVs are rigged and you have to sign in to your own account but it doesn't allow you to sign out. We had to go to Walmart to buy supplies, such as cleaning supplies and towels!!! The hotel is not a hotel, it's a nursing home. The suites had all makeshift room numbers, no safe locks on doors. The outside door to enter had a Ring Doorbell?!! Trash in lobby was overflowing, just per disgusting. I would really Appreciate if I was reached out too to rectify the situation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE STAY AT THIS TRASH PLACE."
