"Just need more English speaking tv stations not everyone speaks Spanish."

"We clean nice hotel. Great location"

"Breakfast was nice, above what you would get as a minimum at various places and it varied slightly within the first couple of days that it repeats."

"Cleaned comfortable room"

"Todas las áreas muy bien y buena la atención"

"Not good"

"Beautiful setting on the water and very nice decor. Staff was exceptionally helpfull when our cruise depaarture was delayed by a storm and allowed us to stay in our room an additional 5 hours. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami"

"El costumer service 0 Mi baño no tenía agua caliente Pedi toallas y nunca llegaron El café de la habitación viejo y sabía a eso a rancio viejo, el refrigerador nunca enfrió . La puerta de entrada al hotel , no funcionaba con los tickets del parqueo El restaurante poca comida super caro y muy muy muy lento el servicio casi una hora para comer y llegó fría la comida ….. en fin fue un Hilton por nombre pero la calidad del personal dejó mucho que desear. No vuelvo jamás ."

"The area was next to the airport, but our great room was on the other side, so we didn't hear airport traffic. Hotel close to everything. Also hooked on to the Miami Mart, which is hooked on to the Honduras Consulate, Miami Merchant Mart has hundreds of small stores inside (3-floors) closed on Sundays. Hotel, the rooms, bathrooms, bathroom soaps/shampoos/conditioner were all great. Was the service charge at the bar the same as tips??? Breakfast buffet had great omelets, but only on the weekends....

"Let’s just say won’t use this property again"

"This was the best experience and best sleep I have ever had in a vacation!"

"Great experience!"

"We love a clean room and property and this hotel delivered! The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. In addition, everything we needed was in walking distance so there was no need to drive anywhere. Absolutely loved our stay and will come back again! 10/10, highly recommend!"
