"The property was well maintained & upon entry had a very pleasant smell. We were greeted by the Concierge who were very upbeat professional and kind. We had a high floor with a nice view of Miami and the suite we stayed at was updated, spotless and clean. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which felt as if we had all to ourselves. The next morning we had breakfast which was hot and freshly prepared and the breakfast staff were super helpful in helping me make my waffles. All in all I'd give this...

"Breakfast was nice, above what you would get as a minimum at various places and it varied slightly within the first couple of days that it repeats."

"Cleaned comfortable room"

"Just need more English speaking tv stations not everyone speaks Spanish."

"We clean nice hotel. Great location"

"Not good"

"Beautiful setting on the water and very nice decor. Staff was exceptionally helpfull when our cruise depaarture was delayed by a storm and allowed us to stay in our room an additional 5 hours. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami"

No vuelvo jamás ."

"It was comfortable. "

"The area was next to the airport, but our great room was on the other side, so we didn't hear airport traffic. Hotel close to everything. Also hooked on to the Miami Mart, which is hooked on to the Honduras Consulate, Miami Merchant Mart has hundreds of small stores inside (3-floors) closed on Sundays. Hotel, the rooms, bathrooms, bathroom soaps/shampoos/conditioner were all great. Was the service charge at the bar the same as tips??? Breakfast buffet had great omelets, but only on the weekends....

"This was the best experience and best sleep I have ever had in a vacation!"

"Great experience!"

"Very clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff"
