The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. "Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"I had a nice room and great view and it is a good place in many ways at a price that reflects it's flaws. It's just a few things that let them down - towel rail loose;strange brown coloured dirt mark by the inside bathroom door handle; carpet in main room was loose and not properly fitted with a tear in it. Otherwise it was all a good standard."
