"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good, not a ton of options, but what they had was fantastic. I...

There was no request too great to ask from the staff - the attentiveness and service were just right. My relentless Grab orders and taxi rides were treated with good humour - there are golf-buggies to chauffeur guests about the place and bring things to your villa.
The villa was perfect - spacious, bright, airy and the perfect blend of modern and traditional. The private pool is just big enough to accommodate lengths and the gym is small but satisfactorily appointed.

When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby.
