"The staff were great and did their best under difficult circumstances. The hotel is in the middle of a gradual renovation project which means it's a bit of a mess. You call the lift and you might get a clean usable one or one full of building materials. The room I was given had, so I was told, been renovated but felt only partially done and cleanliness was not very good.
