This hotel was not family friendly at all. A security guard came out to scold our children for playing with a ball on the yard after the Fourth of July BBQ. They were told they needed to leave the premises and scared off. I later asked to speak to a Security Supervisor and waited almost 2 hours to have someone speak to us. The “supervisor” was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We were later told children are in fact allowed to play in the lawn by another staff member and were surprised the children were scolded to begin with.
The service at the Lounge was shockingly poor. We had to waive down 3 different servers in the span of 30 minutes and were told they would be right back to take our order and never came back to greet us or take our order. When we finally went to the bar and requested them to send out a server …we ordered 3 apps and drinks and after over waiting an hour, nothing ever came out.
I’ve honestly never experience such horrible service from an establishment and would never return.
Lastly, the Fourth of July BBQ was over priced and not worth what was advertised.
