Leaking refrigerator in the room left puddles. Notified front dress. Workman came and promised to replace it, but never returned. Frig kept leaking. Finally replaced after 2nd day. Also, we had the ONLY patio, out of many dozens, without a lounge chair. Again, front desk acknowledged but did nothing. ...

Fourways Inn
Nice property, quiet location. Short walk to the ferry to Hamilton. Short walk to the bus stops. Restaurant was absolutely one of the best meals we've ever experienced. Servers and manager were extremely helpful. Great wine list.

Inverurie Executive Suites
Heidi and Anton were extremely helpful with fantastic customer service. The room clean and rhe view amazing. Only downside, there was no restaurant site. I would definitely stay here again.

Seven Arches
The room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Hostess was super flexible when I requested a late check out. Highly recommend Seven Arches

Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was great, very clean - plenty of room - great little kitchenette. Balcony with fab views...easy walking distance into Hamilton centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we come over.. thanks v much.
