"the room was nice and quiet. Everything you needed was in the room its to bad that there is not an ice machine on the third floor. when we arrived at 5pm there was a basketball team before us. I went to the front counter and the gentleman at the desk did not even greet me. I was busy on the computer and I found out after I had stood there for 3-5 minutes that he was waiting for a guest to return with his ID. "We did a one night stay on the way through Winnipeg. It was exactly what we needed for the price point. The shower head was wonky so you had to hold the shower head to shower and the beds have probable been used for a while but it felt safe, clean and met our needs. We would stay again while passing through."

"Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels."

"Rooms have super old and small AC units that sounded like a Cummins diesel truck running. So loud at night and barely cooled off the room. My first room was 28 degrees and AC didn’t work but staff quickly found me another room. Rooms were clean and well kept otherwise, pool is decent, but hard to find and hot tub was down. Can definitely tell this is the older property compared to the one next door. For the price, I was a little disappointed."
