I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "This is a lovely and peaceful hotel - the room was cleaned to a high standard, the food was really tasty, with a good menu and well presented food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and there was a huge selection for breakfast. The staff are very polite and obliging - nothing is too much trouble. The grounds will look lovely in summer, but even in the winter they are still nice. I really recommend a stay here."

"Very handy location right in the terminal, ideal for my late evening arrival. Rooms are stylish and comfy with a huge TV. The towels and lotions were all very high quality. The free breakfast was of mostly high quality (apart from the OJ and baked beans). Will definitely stay again when I have an early or late flight. "

"This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place."
