"Opposite the rail station, which was good for us as we were travelling by train. Clean and comfortable hotel which is on the Hop On Hop Off bus route for easy access to the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower and nice toiletries. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. There was a bit of a faff as to whether we could eat off the bar menu in the restaurant in the evening and we were kept waiting for a while, but eventually we were told we could. All in all it was a good stay. The only downside for us is that we would have liked to sit in the lounge and read, but there is music playing everywhere and raher loud corporate people discussing their work, which we found bohersome. However, we are old and crotchety so maybe it was just us. We would stay here again though."

"Hadn't stayed here in a few year - i now remember why. Very average breakfast and walls must be paper thin to hear neighbour snoring. Staff lovely though!"

"I was placed in a room right near the front entrance, where there was screaming and shouting late into the night. I asked reception multiple times to address the issue, but my requests were ignored. I then requested a room change and was moved to an even worse room. To make matters worse, when I requested a late check-out due to the poor experience, I was charged an additional £25. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and handling of this stay."

"We booked a standard king room, but what they defined as a king room really just had a queen bed. When I quieted the front desk, I was told that in the standard rooms, the size of the bed was the one we received, even though it was clearly a good 40 cm less wide. Within 15 minutes of checking in, we received a call from Natalie at the front desk saying she had spoken to her colleague Nicu and that he was willing to upgrade us to what clearly was a king bed in a larger room at no extra cost. We took advantage of the generous offer. Clearly they did their best to make our stay an enjoyable one. "
