The owners, Rosie and Simon, have done an amazing job of somehow managing to make the quality of the rooms, furnishings, toiletries, decor and breakfasts those of a luxury hotel whilst also providing the personal touch which made us feel as if we were being welcomed into their family home. We can’t think of a single thing that could be improved and have already recommended The Heritage B&B to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely few days!"

"The property and surrounding area are quaint, lovely setting and very helpful staff. However, the room we stayed in was very tired, full of cobwebs and in need of a good clean and redecoration. With the heatwave going on, it would have been good to have a fridge in the room for cool drinks. There were fans but they just move the hot air about. "The room was clean and spacious with a pleasant view out over the farm. There was good tea/coffee facilities in the room, and a good selection at breakfast. The bathroom was very modern and clean, though setting the shower temperature was a bit of a challenge. Janet was very nice and helpful."

"Lovely quiet spot, great for having a drink in the garden after a day out. Pet friendly which was great. The dog was able to stay in the room and go in the bar too which was nice. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. "Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."
