"Great place to stay for a ski vacation. Had a great breakfast menu for guests prior to a day of skiing and a relaxing hot tub to sooth sore muscles after a hard day of skiing. The pub with reasonably priced beverages was also a win after skiing."

ALL staff were amazing, friendly especially front desk agent Eric, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay every year, if not more. "Staff needs some training in hospitality management. Didn't seem staff was well trained. Took too long to check in and staff didn't have answers to basic questions. Also, restaurant service was very slow. number of servicers for the number of tables was not satisfactory. Dinner took 30 minutes to get cocktails, and food took too long to be served. Breakfast was even worse. First day it took at least 1 hour to be served and the second day the cook/chef didn't show so there was no breakfast available - which is unacceptable for what is considered a high-end hotel. When I logged a complaint with the front desk, I was told that the restaurant was separately run by a third party - and therefore they had no responsibility - unacceptable response."
