"When we checked in, our room that they gave us smelt like cigarettes. The floor where our room was was currently getting the carpets ripped out and there nails all over the floor. Not a 5 star resort. Forcefully asking us to review them"

"If you’re travelling to Urumqi, there’s no better place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are luxurious, the bathrooms are very nice, and the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was very generous, and being greeted by eight different local Xinjiang honeys was a treat."
