"The Front Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was good, but I was charged for things I didn't order but still enjoyed. The rooms were AMAZING and comfortable/chic. Restaurant was good...NOT GREAT....but good! The SPA was great I used it for a day use for an hour, and I believe it was a great deal after a long trip. You have the suite all to yourself. The language was mostly French which was great as I speak it and the staff was much friendlier than the SOFITEL hotel where I stayed in Basel prior to the Le VILLA K. All in all, great deal....location is perfect for near the airport!"
