"Cold pool. Like so cold, we couldn't stay more than a few minutes. When we asked, we were told this pool was heated. We travel with our children, and this was not a great experience. Breakfast was lacking options. Never again."

I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. "We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."

"I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. "

"First of all they waited until i git there to tell me that i had to pay $100 security deposit. The room was raggedy and it had roaches in it. The bathroom sink was broken. The towels had hair on it and the floor had burn marks everywhere. The bed barely had cover on it also. Also, the elevator stopped working."
