"Pool was closed due to renovations but looked pretty good. Roger at the desk and John on tje grounds were great, helpful and really made you feel welcomed. I missed breakfast because I overslept (bed was comfy!) so I will have to try next time. Few minors issues, someone's dog was barking a lot and some people on the floor were loud but I was close to the elevator so a little expected. The room overall was nice few things to attend to: scaled shower head, shower curtain torn, loose floor tile and furniture could use an upgrade. I know they are in the renovation process so those things should get handled soon. Will definitely return."

"Fantastic property if you don’t want to stay in the heart of LA. We used it as a base for visiting Universal Studios, Ontario mills and Hollywood etc (only thing to note is that traffic is very heavy so you need to plan ahead)."

"Everything went almost perfect, the only complaint will be on wood roofs that squeaked when upper floor rooms are walked, if you get a neighbor with hyperactive kids, could be annoying. Excellent location and super accesible from mayor highways Definetly will recommend this hotel"

"I stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 days 3 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was super clean the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the young man that was working the breakfast was very helpful."

"Nice staff, I love their management. I was always treated well at this hotel. My rooms were clean and always ready. The breakfast here is good however the service (waiter/waitress) could be a bit better is all I will say as far as a critique. Other than that my daughter enjoyed her visits here. My name is Samuel Woods a retired veteran and Law Enforcement Officer, I recommend this place as a solid, reliable choice."
