"Beds were very comfortable. Staff was so so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Will be coming back to visit family and this is where we will stay. "

"I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid "

"It's apparent this property has full time residents who work to keep the place clean, as well as sketchy individuals who patrol the parking lot to pickup constructions workers after hours. Overall the place was clean and nice once you got inside. "

"Roaches in the floor. Nothing about the hotel was clean. Smelled of decomposing bodies and weed. Didn’t even check out of the property, just left for our safety after finally being able to check in after someone had taken our reservation wed paid for. Never again: this place should be condemned. "I had to ask for a hair dryer and ironing board. They're wasn't one in the room. The doors would slam when entering or leaving. I know I left an item for sure and when I called, they claimed it wasn’t there. "
