Everything at this hotel was spectacular! I can’t rave about every aspect of this hotel enough. The staff was very gracious. The king room was spacious and beautiful. And the views!! Amazing views of the city from our room, the reception area and the fantastic roof top bar. Plus, it’s in the heart of a high end shopping area on one side and a 10/15 block street mall on the other.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotels location is perfect. The room was a bit narrow (but we knew this about japan). The beds were amazing! We have stayed at 8 hotels in Japan and this was by far the most comfortable beds!
