It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Water front view was lively albeit 5 minute parking space in front for checkin sometimes had cars blocking our view. The restaurant dinner for sunset was lovely and food was excellent. "
