A very comfortable stay, clean and walking distance to food places and coffee. Management always responded quickly with information about setting up our stay. Shannon texted us with clear instructions how to access our room since we arrived late at night. Wonderful stay and will highly recommend to our friends and family.

Access to our room was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and near restaurants and the public pier. There is a lanai with tables and chairs for dining and a view of a small horse ranch bordered by the ocean.

Very good, friendly and courteous communication. For example, problems with the credit card and the request for a late independent check-in were solved quickly and easily by the great staff. Apart from that, the accommodation is perfectly located for trips to Waimea Canyon. Everything was very clean and nicely prepared. We would gladly stay again.

A surprising gem of a find.

Not to be confused with the WESTIN hotel chain, this small hotel is the only hotel we could find on the far west end of the island close to the canyons and boat excursions to avoid an early morning drive from the 'big" city. We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem with new/ remodeled rooms, clean, good ac. Would recommend this for those wanting to be close to Napoli and canyon tours.

Good short stay!

It was a nice one night stay! Room was spacious and it had a comfy bed and it was clean! The booking was bit of a hassle though. It was frustrating that I had to give all the possible documents beforehand via email/WA and still they asked them again at the motel. And it's not too handy that the check in is only between 3-6 pm.

The room was spacious, clean, large mini fridge, plus microwave and sink. Bathroom was very nice and large. Full bath and shower. We were very impressed. Staff was informative and thorough. The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on while away from home. We’ve stayed at in many high end hotels, and this was the best sleep by far. Mahalo.

nice stay, love the snacks they left for us, did not love that the 3 nights we were there room service did not show up or ask if we needed any towels or anything but for the most part very pleasant stay and convenient. Also thought it was a bit overpriced, $300 the night was a bit too much for not having pool and other amenities. Something i did love was the communication with the person i booked was pretty on point until the check in process, loved that texting was with fast response. Love the vintage old town feel… i would visit again! Overall pretty good experience.

Great location, clean and just a short walk to the local beach while you enjoy that morning cup of coffee! The staff are wonderful to with local tips and help in any way. We came from a few time zones east so the morning roosters were fine with us, still set your alarm as you get used to them after a day or two. Waimea canyon access is a few minutes drive. A great coffee shop and local movie theater is across the street. Kids bring your boogie boards as you can catch the river current out and then ride the waves back in. We were lucky to catch the Chinese New Year celebration in Hanapepe that the kids will love but every Friday night is an arts night celebration there. Talk Story Bookstore has moved from their original location unfortunately but the kids will love to be in the home town of Lilo and Stitch. .
