"We booked two nights here but one night would have been sufficient. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the views are fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. "We had a great time in the Heritage Hotel, stayed at the deluxe suite which was quite a spacious and homey room. Used amenities such as the pool and spa which was easy to locate. However, there was a miscommunication with the front desk and cleaning staff as they had been informed we had checked out prior to our leaving which was an awkward moment - hope it was just a mistake - otherwise a nice spot and not so far from nearby food runs."

"Our favourite hotel in Auckland. We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. It’s new, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And a big shopping mall not much further. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc that you can sign into with your own account. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, robes and slippers, which come in handy when you go to the spa, pool, and saunas (that’s right, they have 2 types of saunas). "Stated for a girls staycation, loved the location. Nearby a fave cafe, Italian food truck (highly recommend), and the new Goldies bar. Right on the beach. The room we chose gave very much beachy vibes and was appropriate for 2. Only let down was we booked a spa/ hot tub room, but the spa turned out to be a jetted bath. Not really appreciate for friends to share. Otherwise a great stay and would be happy to go back."
