"The staff here are really friendly and helpful, their English was much better than my French!"

"Great clean spacious hotel. I came early and they let us into the room before noon. Reception also gave my daughter an Alsace stork doll. Breakfast is included. Bed is comfy and we had a great night sleep. One thing is that the curtain is not blackout because the store in the opposite side use a very strong light at night. Overall, we like this hotel."

"The hotel is near the train station. Room is clean but there is elevator to only 3rd floor. So if you stay at 4th or 5th floor, you have to carry your luggage to there with yourself. Additionally, the ladder is quite narrow therefore if you have a big luggage, should request to stay at 1st - 3rd floor. "

"We staying in this hotel for 6 night , 2 rooms with family of four. We love the stuff here, the sauna experience was amazing! Food in the restaurant was awesome! Surroundings hillsides were amazingly colorful with beautiful fall foliage of the winery and forest! We enjoyed hiking and exploring the “Black Forest”! Nauweier nicely located those places where we wanted to visit, as we have just left, we already thinking about when should we return, hopefully, very soon ! "

"Amazing hotel with lovely staff. This is a hidden gem in Strasbourg and the hotel is about 7 mins away from city. We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets and the market itself was only 7 mins away from hotel. Staff were friendly and tentative. "
