"so originally our first room that we got was an oceanfront room it was not very clean and there ended up being some mold on the curtains, so we went downstairs and talked to the staff, and they placed us in a very nice room with a pool view and the service was really great. overall, really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to go back."
"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was wonderful, it was very close to the beach and Brookgreen gardens. The room was spacious and it was very quiet. The beds were a little on the hard side but hey we’re not there to sleep the whole time either. I will def be staying here again and highly recommend it. "

"While the property itself is fairly aged and no amount of paint can hide that, overall it is still a very comfortable stay for us. Having direct access to the beach AND literally walk out the door to the pool was a big plus. The one of the biggest drawback is simply how loud the AC unit was, specially if you keep it running through the night to keep the humidty down. I think had they opt'd to replace all the units with mini-split when it was renovated, they would've gotten better energy...
