"Was a bit upset, that we had a heat advisory, and got to our room without any air on and musty smell in the air. When asking the staff was there something wrong with the air as to why it was off, she just smiled and asked if we'd cut it on? I told her yes, and she said that it would be fine then. We also had to ask for sheets and a blanket, for the pull out couch, when they knew there were four of us booked, along with extra towels, so we'd have one a piece.

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was wonderful, it was very close to the beach and Brookgreen gardens. The room was spacious and it was very quiet. The beds were a little on the hard side but hey we’re not there to sleep the whole time either. I will def be staying here again and highly recommend it. "

"The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

"While the property itself is fairly aged and no amount of paint can hide that, overall it is still a very comfortable stay for us. Having direct access to the beach AND literally walk out the door to the pool was a big plus. The one of the biggest drawback is simply how loud the AC unit was, specially if you keep it running through the night to keep the humidty down. I think had they opt'd to replace all the units with mini-split when it was renovated, they would've gotten better energy...
