"The host set up a keyless code since arrived in Monday. Yulia the manager was great. She move the two rooms closer. The rooms are cleaned once a day. Onsite security is present and polite. There are two large malls on both sides of the apartment about 0.7 km. Across street is good grocery store. Right next door is McDonald's. The kyiv has rotating blackout the are posted in the elevator. The wifi and elevator work during the shutdowns. The fifth had kid area and nice relax. Yulia speaks English...

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Hotel Rus in Kyiv, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from some of Kyiv’s most iconic sights, including St. Sophia’s Cathedral and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. There are also plenty of great cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I’ll definitely be back."
