"Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "

He provided detailed and accurate travel suggestions for Eastern Crete. Great source of knowledge for visiting remote areas including beaches, monasteries, local restaurants, and small villages. "We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week at Enorme. It was clean and the service was great. Some points to note - it is relatively remote, a 30 minute walk to the local town which isn’t the most exciting. You can also drive 5 mins to Plaka which has much nicer restaurants and you can get the boat to Spinalonga. However this is small and there isn’t a huge amount going on so would say it’s more of a resort and lay by the pool kind of holiday place unless you have a car and can go different places to explore."

"Beautiful complex Stunning views Staff were friendly and attentive Holiday with my son. This is primarily a couples resort. Be aware of steep steps to the beach, beach bar and one of the à la carte restaurant's. Complimentary mini bus to elounda. Not really walking distance to leave the resort and explore on your own. Would return and hire a car next time."

"I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them. That wasn't made clear in the reservation. I was able to get the 20% off food and beverages expedia discount, but only at the a la carte restaurants. When I requested an iron and ironing board, I was only given an iron, because apparently the ironing boards were only available in the next category up room and they were all occupied. That was very inconvenient. My room keys kept giving issues and the phone in my room wasn't working, so I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, which got tiring after a while. The main bedroom light above my bed stopped working on day 2. The bathroom gets soaked when you shower, because there is nothing to prevent the water from splashing everywhere. There were a few of those damp/drain moth flies in the shower. Upon arrival the parking lot was full, so I had to park in a public parking area nearby. The provided parking lot at the hotel is quite small. It can only hold about 10 cars. The food was delicious. Shout out to Nikos, Malamo, Karina and Vasilis for being so courteous and helpful during my stay. They gave me great recommendations as well."
