"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great. Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It’s beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable. The towels however were very small and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, and I’d have also expected water in the room rather than having to ask for it. Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. "Nice hotel with good location, clean facilities, and very helpful staff. The four of us stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, one in the basement and one on 2nd floor. The hotel is nicely located with a good view of the lagoon and sunset. Hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our every needs. Very much enjoyed our stay. "
